Tromptown Run Amateur Radio Event

Hams are needed for the Tromptown Run full and half marathon on Sunday, September 24th. We will meet near the Deruyter High School at 7 AM. The “official” website is tromptownmarathon.com.

This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. Bring provisions, food, water, etc.

We will use 2 meters, the frequency has not yet been decided. Mobile radios with some power and a good antenna are helpful, but we can find a spot for you if all you have is an HT.

Please contact me, kb2luv@arrl.net or 315-395-7640 if you can help. We
could use a dozen hams to do this right. More information will be
provided as the date gets closer.

This is a fun event and people are grateful for our help. Thanks!

Web and Club changes

Hello everyone,

As of this writing the CNYARC and MOARC clubs are in the process of merging. So there will be minimal updates on this web site as we start to migrate to the new site. As soon as we have the domains straightened out there will be an update here.

Thank you and we hope to further serve the community and the internet with pertinent valuable information with the new site and keep archives.
